Hey friends, Frank LooSer here Just wanted to share an unpleasant experience I just had with STAMPS.COM while trying to discontinue my account. It took almost 20 minutes and 2 phone calls because they do not provide a web based method to discontinue service.  They force you to call them and then instead of simply closing your account they waist your time trying to sell you on keeping the account open.  As a business we strive to be prudent and keep our office expenses low.  When we made our decision to close our STAMPS.COM account it was given careful consideration based on our business needs.  STAMPS.COM has been a great asset in the past but is no longer necessary to meet our business objectives.  I hope to make other business owners aware of the waited time involved in closing a STAMPS.COM account.  Maybe in the future they will offer their customers a hassle free painless online solution to closing an account like most e commerce businesses do.
